Can Changing Habits Make You Rich?

The faucet on my kitchen sink is broken. I have a regular faucet that the water comes out of. Next to that is one of those sprayers that you can pull up out of the sink and use to spray things off. Somehow, the sprayer got stuck. Now, when you turn the water on, it won’t come out the faucet. It only comes out the online pharmacy online prescription sprayer.

The first few days i kept forgetting about this and was getting sprayed in the face constantly. I finally laid the sprayer down in the sink so the water buy amoxil would at least spray in the sink and not my face when i turned it on. Now, two weeks later (don’t ask, i’ve been busy, i’ll get it fixed) i’m still holding things under the faucet as i turn the water on — expecting for a moment that the water will come out of the levitra website faucet.

Why? Habit. Breaking the habit of turning the water on and expecting it to come out the faucet is hard. It’s a habit i’ve had since i was young enough to stand on a stool and turn on the water.

If someone were to ask what things i do out of habit, it would never occur to me to say “I turn on the faucet and expect that water will come out.” That’s the nature of habit. It’s something we do without thinking about.

That’s what makes changing habits so hard. That’s what cheap Amoxil makes identifying a habit that needs to be changed so hard.

But, changing habits can be the difference between success and failure. Let’s take an example of two internet marketers. One is in the habit of getting up early each morning, turning on her computer, and immediately spending an hour driving traffic to her website.

The other is also in the habit of getting up early each morning and turning on her computer to work on her business. But she spends her first hour checking her email.

Who do you suspect is more successful? The person who is in the habit of first doing a revenue generating activity or the one who first checks amoxil cheap her email?

Yes, the second person could spend her hour driving traffic later. But here’s what happens. She gets a promo for a great new product in her inbox. She checks out the website, buys the product, online ampicillin and gets engrossed in learning all about her new latest and greatest product. Phone calls start coming in. Kids start waking up. It’s lunchtime. The mail comes. Have to read that. More email to check. On and on until the day’s done and she never got around to working on making money. Maybe tomorrow.

The problem is that if her habit is not to start each day by driving traffic, then 9 days out of 10, life is going to somehow get in the way and she’s never going to get around to it. But breaking the habit of going to your inbox first thing in the morning is hard.

Many of us almost subconsciously click the cursor on our inbox every time the computer sounds that new mail notification signal. Even recognizing that breaking the habit of doing that is crucial to our success is hard. But it is.

The difference between success and failure is nothing more than the difference in daily repetition of a few buy cheap amoxil good habits versus daily repetition of a few bad habits. If your bad habit is significant enough, one change in habit can change your life. Breaking the habit that is holding you back could be easy once you identify what that habit is.

Identifying the habit will be the hard part for some. Breaking the habit will be the challenge for others.

Over the next two days we’ll learn how to first identify the habits that are holding us back, and second how changing habits can be life changing.

Your assignment for tomorrow is to start thinking about areas of your life that you are seeking change in. But don’t make it depressing. Remember to also constantly give gratitude for all of the great things in your life that don’t need changing. Have a fabulous Sunday!
