2007celebratestamp“Success is a journey, not a destination.”  This quote is so cliche I hesitate to even type it.  But, perhaps it’s so often repeated because it’s true.  The danger is that because it’s hard if not impossible to identify buy cheap viagra the exact moment you become a success, you will spend your whole life chasing something that you never find.

Sounds generic amoxil pretty unfulfilling.  And, I find that many people who are trying to build a successful online business give up because they get discouraged by their lack of “success.”

But we need to redefine success.   Everyone who’s thought about it has some idea of what it means to you to be “successful.”  But, I guarantee that once you reach that success, you’ll redefine what success means to you.  You’ll want more.  I did.

While you are on your success journey, you will take steps down the right path.  You should celebrate each of these steps.  Because you could have chosen the wrong path.  And you didn’t.  Good for you.

Success goes way beyond the easy examples.  Yes, if you’re a millionaire you meet the definition of financial success.  If you’re a professional baseball player who wins the World Series MVP award, you qualify as a “success” in your chosen profession.  If you’re in a truly happy marriage or relationship, that aspect of your personal life is a success.  There may be a few people who qualify as an all-around success in every aspect of their personal and business life.  No one comes to mind right now.

But success reaches way beyond these media-created, socially desirable images.  And the sooner you realize this, and start celebrating your successes, the more confidence you’ll build in yourself.  And the faster your home business will grow.

You probably do things every day that make you a success now.  Today.  And you should celebrate that success every day.  It will help you push forward the next day, even if you don’t wake up with an extra $5000 in your paypal account.

I was celebrating my success last night at about 2:00 a.m.  I was up writing a blog post, working on a new product, and searching for experts to interview for my upcoming teleseminar series.  I’d had a busy online ampicillin day, and I was tired.  I work from home with my online amoxil 3 young kids.  Most of my work time comes during naps and at night.  I’m not complaining.  I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Often while I’m working at night I find myself thinking “when am I going to be successful?”  Which, to me, means “when am I going to be able to leave my other career and devote all of my work to my online business?”

But last night it occurred to me that I am already successful.  There are thousands and thousands of people who are trying to start a work from home business.  cheap amoxil Or at least they say they are.  About 97% of them will fail.  Because they don’t have time, or they don’t have the right product, or they don’t have any computer ability, or they don’t have enough money.  Or a hundred other reasons — I mean excuses.

And that’s exactly what they are, excuses.  Because I guarantee you that for every person that says they don’t have time, I can find a person with a successful online business who had less time.  And for every person that claims they don’t have the computer knowledge, I can find a successful home business owner who had less knowledge in the beginning.  And so on.

So last night, I celebrated levitra cost the fact that I don’t make excuses.  That’s one of my successes.  Thousands of other would-be work at home millionaires were sleeping.  But not me, because I hadn’t finished my to-do list for the day yet.

If you take time to celebrate your successes — the things you are chosing (or have chosen) to do that are taking you in the right direction, when you could be chosing not to do them — you will feel better about yourself.  You will be more productive, and you will produce better quality work.

So the next time you are asking yourself  “when will I finally be successful at this?,” change the question around.  Ask “what did I do today, or this week, that makes me a success?”  Celebrating yourself puts you in the “I can do this.  I AM doing this” frame of mind.  Dwelling on the fact that you haven’t reached your ultimate success just makes you doubt yourself and your abilities.

One final thought.  If you truly can’t think of any success to celebrate, it’s time to reevaluate what you’re doing.
